  1. EU will form one Superstate to incorporate all European countries for a strong united economic bloc against the US and other economies.

  2. yes this would be a good thing except the countries in the EU wouldn't want it. They are different countries with different cultures and different languages.

hypothetically, if they did make one superstate, they would have the strongest economy in the world.

  3. It's hard to say, I think it would be good though. One global country is where we should be moving. The problem is if it goes corrupt, there is no one else to prevent it from doing so.

  4. Ideally, it would be a good thing.  A future world where countries cooperate and where politics happens locally as well as globally is something I would like to see.

A centralised and powerful Superstate would be the Orwellian antithesis of this.  If Europe were to become a superstate now, it would be a disaster.  There is too much bureaucracy, too little democracy, and it would spell disaster for the developing world.  Only if those structures were changed and decision-making decentralised would I support the idea.

  5. Hopefully Britain will leave before this happens. The EU is the worst thing to happen to this country, full stop.

    Let's get out NOW!

  6. It is inevitable. They have too many issues of mutual self interest to remain separate states. All it will take is for a foreign power threaten one of the mutual self interest issues to bring them into a full alliance.

  7. It would be beneficial for all the countries in Europe
