chewing on/ biting stuff (primarily pens/ pen caps, etc. or my fingernails).

I have a bit of an oral fixation... some people think it's a good thing... HA!

I have an acrylic overlay on my nails... so when I say that I chew/ bite them... it's not some gross 'eewww she chewed her nails off!!' thing... I just tend to always have 'em in my mouth... I know... I'm weird...

Having to explain myself, all the time.  My wife tells me this is annoying. I tell her i'm  trying to cut down on the disagreements.
