What is your worst pet peeve in customer service?

I work in a call center and i sometimes (every dang day) have the most Idiotic customer which makes me wonder..........What other customer service employees have as pet peeves?

as a customer i got afew peeves aswel,call centre being one of them.....seroiusly though it people who blame you for all the woes of the firm

Well, when I was in customer service, I would have to deal with people in person.  I would HATE when they don't even bother to get off their cell phone before they start talking to me.  That is sooo rude!

Customer who do not understand its "company policy and we just can't change that." It's clearly written on signs , receipts etc...
