What issue is more important? Global warming or the decaying moral condition of the USA?

Neither. Because there is nothing that government can do about either issue, nor should there be. Global warming is a cyclical condition controlled by a large nuclear fusion engine some 93 million miles from Earth called the Sun. The moral condition of the nation is a matter which the people themselves need to correct with some other mechanism than pointing the finger of blame. A mirror would serve as a better tool to outline the scope of the problem.

The decaying moral condition of the USA  with regard to greed is what drives the problem so this first.

To resolve both at once by a switch to Solar or another source of power which would automatically replace oil based and industry which are responsible for pollution.

The idea local farms provide food for stores all products are to be local. The next step paychecks written on recycled paper sent by the Government to pay farmers to stock local stores with produce and to pay employees to work in the stores. This would be best to handle on the local level though the government could step in as people require.

I think some people here have misconstrued your question. Based on some of their answers they believe you have asked if the moral condition of our government is more important than the Global warming issue. Rather than the intended meaning of the moral condition of the USA (Our country as a whole). Based on the specifics of your question I believe the morality of the nation as a whole is a much more pressing concern. Immoral rationale is spreading at an unprecedented pace destroying the creation of this great country that our forefathers had in mind. Global warming is not as bad as the government or Al Gore suggests. Global temperatures have increased at a much less rate than most percieve. In fact the 'greenhouse effect' is most affected by natural occurances that we have no control over such as water vapor. Which so happens to be the greatest contributor to the greenhouse effect. Natural water vapor accounts for 95 percent of the greenhouse effect. Other attributes to the greenhouse effect are also natural such as methane, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide. Carbon dioxide is emitted by most plant life as well as our own exhaling. If those that desire to curb emissions they believe contribute to the greenhouse effect they should literally hold their breath. I doubt any of those concerned so much are willing to do this. The overall cause  of the greenhouse effect that is the number one cause for global warming is therefor nothing that is in our hands to prevent. If God wishes for temperatures to rise, they will. If God wishes for them to drop, they will. I don't believe I or anyone else has any control over God's decisions. Both have short and long term effects.  Both need attention.

Each affects me differently.  Global warming is more impersonal and decaying moral conditions of the USA are more pertient to world issues and utlimately to issues like Global Warming.  So my answer is the decaying moral condition...
