What ist the best .22 rifle in 200-325 price range?

Can be WMR HMR or 22LR What do you like about it, is is reliable, bolt or semi, and any other info. THanks

definitely for the price the Ruger 10/22 is the best in my opinion.I have one and it has never failed me. I know several people that own a 10/22 and they wont get rid of them

Ruger 10/22 is about as good as it gets, it is semi auto carbine style. Light weight, accurate and have never heard of one having any problems. Every one in my extended family has one, which is 18 people.

I suggest a Remington Model Five .22 LR (Y). It cost only $237. It is a bolt action.

For the price range you are asking the CZ and 10-22 are very good rifles, if you want fine point accuracy go with the Kimber. It cost a bit more but are well worth it.

10/22 if you want to modify, but I personally like the Savage 12BTVSS in .22WMR. It is bolt action, 7rd. clip, thumbhole stock(very comfortable), and has a stainless bull barrel. It is extremely accurate and is about $375.

Ruger 10/22 are nice, but I went with a Thompson Center Classic .22 Semi auto with a walnut stock.It has fiber optic sights that were dead on out of the box.

I agree that if you want an auto loader you should go with the 10/22.  BUT, if you are looking for the best accuracy for your money, check out the CZ Basic!  You won't find a better shooter for the money, but the bolt action isn't for everyone.  Two fine choices, I have both!

!0/22 Ruger is an icon at that price range.

Savage builds a couple of price leader bolt rifles that would be in that range. Marlin 60 falls in that range too..Marlin offers a bolt action plain jane too

CZ markets a price- leader bolt.. but they may be hard to find in all markets

Savvy shoppers shop the used market... higher end guns that others took the depreciation on can be the way to go sometimes.
