What item do people in the uk like but can olny get in the us?

I am willing to buy and ship items to the uk for these items what do they need?

That's very nice of you, but in the age of the Internet, I think they can get most items they want/need.  The UK is not exactly a third world country.

there isnt anything we cannot get here

we pay a lot more for it, but everything is more expensive here
