What items in the world would best represent our society/culture today?

My history teacher was doing this time capsule activity where we would think of anything that would best represent our society. So far I've come up with the Olympic Medals which show our ability as a whole to cooperate and have fun, however, I'm having trouble finding additional ideas.

Cellphone, CD or DVD, credit card, empty motor oil bottle (like Havoline or Quaker State, etc.). Hope that helps.
