What job can I do ? I need a change of career..?

I am a registered nurse feeling fed up what else could I try ??

Unfortunately, there is not much else that would give you the pay that nursing usually commands.  You weren't very specific about what you're fed up with.  Is it the work hours? Being on your feet all day? Dealing with unruly patients? If so, I would consider something in the health profession, but less patient intensive.  There might even be a position available with your current employer.

If you are just burned out, maybe you can request some extended leave and donate some of your time and experience to doctors without borders.  This would be a good experience and look great on a resume.

You didn't mention whether you have your BS or Associates degree, this may affect your opportunities.  If you already have your BS, maybe you would like to get an MBA.  This would allow you to move into management positions in just about any kind of company anywhere, but especially health care related companies.

You might consider working with a major insurance carrier (AETNA, CIGNA, BCBS, etc) as a professional advisor.  They need professionals to assess insurance claim forms before they pay the doctors.  This will make use of your medical knowledge without all the stress.  I've been a technical consultant for medical offices for 16 years and respect RN's knowledge especially. try childcare or bein a health visitor or somethin like that, unless u want out of the carin profession completely then u could try retail?!

Something customer service based? Maybe a receptionist helping people in a surgery or hotel? You seem like a caring person so go into a career that lets you show off your talents! Good luck xx
