The more predominant jobs in hospitals that have jobs for a person w/a biology degree is for a Medical Technologist (MT), but this would require a bit more schooling.  You will need to complete an NAACLS accredited Medical Technologist program, which will then allow you to sit and get registered as a  ASCP MT, which would qualify you for a Med Tech job.  Other than that there is much available in a hospital w/just a biology degree.
