Depends on your age and location, but you could try serving in a restaurant.  6 months from now will have you working through the nice rush up to Christmas/ new years.  I served at a lowly Applebee's last November and through Christmas I made $100+ just about every day, not working very long at all each day...

Unless your restaurant is an exception somehow... get out after Christmas. It's the slowest time of the year.

There's not really another job I know of that would guarantee you an easy way to make that kind of easy, fast, and short term money.
