What job can you suggest if I just got an elementary degree, but can't find a job?

I need to find a job now! Is there anything that requires an elementary degree, but is not teaching and pays decent?

I would recommend still trying to get in the field. You could be a substitute teacher or an aide (there's high demand for special ed aides). This way you're still in the school environment, and if you work at a school long enough in one of these positions when a teaching position opens up you're more likely to get the job. (It's happened to several people I know who were aides then got full time teaching jobs). Best of luck!
