Question

I want a job where you're not working every second of your life, you can work from home sometimes (doesn't have to include that part). You use computers, sometimes go on business trips. And you make a pretty good amount of money.

some kind of a sales job. when u sell insurance sometimes you go on training in different states.

my friend sold tea to stores and her boss flew her to NY for a tea show.

some engineering jobs are like this, some of the time

it sounds like the description would fit nicely into the US patent office

but not much travel

investment banker (lots of hours but most closely related to your description) they make lots of money!!!
