What job titles would you give this? (details inside thx)?

Question

Someone who designs

Brochures, dvd covers, flyers, posters, maybe even webpages.

Someone who utilizes computers to do this, and is mostly all computers, like, not really handrawn.

Is there a job title like this? Can you give me any job titles similar?

Also any other information is appreciated. (e.g. what qualifications, apprenticeships can be done thru it, etc.)

Your what the industry calls a graphic designer. There are many subcategories you can be a web graphic designer, you can be a print graphic designer, but all of it falls under graphic design. You can go to college for it, or you can get certificates in it. It is really wide open, you can do it free lance, or you can work for  web development /design firm. There is always new stuff to learn, so start becoming proficient in programs like photoshop, and Adobe indesign.
