Once you pick your favorites you can research the qualifications, nature of work and pay on this website and just use the search box:

  2. ask michael jackson i am j/k, seriously, you could major in college in liberal arts, the major is not hard, then get teaching creditials the pay is not that high, maybe around 30 to 35 k, but you do get summers off, and they are paid, and there are other bennefits, plus the job its no stressing, hope i answered you question

  3. Teaching is the job for you.

There is in fact a specific field called Child Pysch.  Now realize that a psychologist and a psychiatrist are different.  A psychologist could be anything from a teacher to a brain surgeon.  A psychiatrist is what you would call a shrink.  You should definitely have a Social Science major.  This field includes Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, and several others.  I personally think you would really enjoy sociology.  You should research all this and make an informed decision.  I'm mainly just trying to give you some fields/terms that will hopefully lead you to something you're interested in.

  4. Teaching pre-school, kindergarten, primary grades -- those pop into my mind right away since I was a teacher (in high school.   And, yes, you could be a child psychologist.  Whatever college you select will tell you what courses to take.  I do remember taking Child Psychology and Adolescent Psychology.
