That depends on your experience and work ethic.  If you're like most 14 year olds, you haven't got much work experience, so the only thing you have to market is your labor.  That'll let you mow lawns, do a paper route in a suburban area, baysit, or wash dishes in a restaurant (depending on your state's child labor laws).  Or you can think of a business that fills a need, like raising livestock (zoning permitting) or selling a product.  If you can invent your own product and make it yourself, so much the better.  Some teenagers have become very wealthy doing that, but it takes a brilliant idea and an unusual work ethic.  

The truth is, most 14 year olds start their careers mowing lawns or babysitting kids, like I did.  Most of us have to pay our dues and gain some kind of work experience before we get a better paying job.
