What jobs can a felon get with a criminal justice degree?

i have two felony's(non violent- no drugs) felony 4. im going to school for criminal justice, but what type of job am i able to get with a CJ degree?

This is a difficult question but i think the most effective thing to do is speak to the guidance counsellor at your school. I do know however that judge mathis had a criminal past and was denied entrance into the law world because of it, he was able to bypass this issues and become a lawyer/judge. most places dont allow jobs to felons which require a state wide license such as a nurse, lawyer, police officer. The justice system really needs to be fixed where past criminals can get jobs. I appauld you for going to school regardless and hope you get a good job. good luck!

Most law enforcement jobs require carrying weapon, you will not be selected for any of those positions.  Office work, police photographer perhaps, but you'll never get an armed position in most states.
