What jobs can a thirteen year old girl get?

I'm 13 & I really need a job... well I want one really badly. But my mom is really protective so she wont let me get a paper route or anything like that. I can't really babysit either because I live in the middle of nowhere. I have to ride my bike at least 2 miles before I can see civilization. I'm not really raising money for anything specific. I just want to work on my self image. Like get my hair done, nails ect. & be able to buy myself new clothes. I hate having to ask my mom for money to buy clothes. I just want to earn it by myself so I'll appreciate it more. And I also teach myself piano so I wanted to buy a new keyboard but it costs $150 AND it's on sale. I asked my mom a way to make money and she gave me a measly $5 for cleaning the bathroom. I find more than that in change when I do the laundry. I still have 3 weeks left of summer. Any ideas how to earn enough money to look great before school starts again?

Cutting grass is the fastest way to make some money-You could do 4 lawns a day at $25 bucks each and make a hundred a day. Grab your lawn mower and get the walking around the neighborhood. You could even use the  homeowners lawnmower.

Wow, I couldn't have agreed more.. I'm 13 too, but in my town I can't get a paper route, and my older sister (she's 18 but going to a community college so she's still living at home) takes all of the babysitting jobs. My mom gives me money for stuff, but I always feel bad taking it. What I do is I made up flyer's and put them in my neighbors mailboxes. On them write that if they are going away on vacation, you are available to feed their dogs, water their plants, take in their mail, etc. I did it and only got one answer, but I get $20 for two days sometimes. It pays well. Make sure you write on your flyer's "for a small fee" because my friend did the same thing and got scammed out of her money. Especially with labor day weekend coming up, many people should be going away and you should make some money. You could also have a garage sale. Ask your friends to bring their stuff over to your house and you could all have a garage sale so that you all make some money. Hope I helped :)
