What jobs can you get with a Phd in Public Health?

Question

My fiance has recently decided to get a Phd in Public Health instead of Chiropractics. We are trying to figure out what kind of a job he should be looking for so that he can intern and volunteer and gain some experience to add to his resume so that he can have a competitive edge after he graduates. Where should he start?
