Corporate Sales/Support Assistant

Job Summary Expanding Electronics manufacturing company in Langley, BC is looking for a neat, organized professional individual with a sense of humor and better than average written and oral communication skills.

Since 1986 we have developed products for the Communication, Law Enforcement, Publice Safety and Gov't Agencies. We are a private company with over 600 product variations being sold through distribution channels. We dream it, design it, and build power conversion products under one roof. We use quality components with no substitutions. This is a career position with a schedule working Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities Answering calls and providing the appropriate information to customer inquires.

Forwarding calls to the appropriate Individual/Departments/Division.

Maintain and expand customer database.

Outbound calling required to target markets for product introduction.

Co-coordinating and preparing for tradeshow events.

Assisting in print and online marketing campaigns for new and existing customers.

Be punctual with a positive attitude.

Generating online stats and sales reports.

Drafting cover letters, assembling corporate profiles and co-co-ordinating mailouts.



Qualifications Post Secondary Education/ Certificates in related fields with a min of High School Diploma.

2-3 years experience as Sales/Administrative Areas with database entry experience.

Ability to type at least 35-45 wpm.

Excellent with Microsoft office programs.

Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task under tight schedules.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interest in providing excellent customer service and ability to aid in the sales process.

Ability to learn new skills and tasks as required.

Fluent in English ( other languages always welcome.)

Hourly Rate $12 - $16 ( Depending on Qualifications )

Components Assembler

Job Summary Established Electronics Manufacturing company looking for an energetic, determined, smart worker, to take on the following Components Assembler position.

Responsibilities Solder and manually assemble various electronic comonents such as resistors, diodes, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, switches,wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit board

Assemble custom components requiring fine hand assembly

Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools

Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder components on printed circuit boards

Maintain quality of PCB assemblies and custom components utilized in the manufacturing of products



Qualifications Organized, team player with a strong aptitude to performing tasks accurately

Good english (written and verbal) skills

Prior experience an asset but not required

$9.00-$9.50 Hourly, Full time, 40 hrs/week, other benefits
