What jobs could I get, I am 19

Question

I have just finished college and I don't want to start my University studies for at least 1 year. I ideally would like to get a trainee job working as a building surveyor but as I cannot find this I would like to know what jobs I could do that are easy to find and have competitive salaries(£).
