  1. A lot! They have to review the teachers' lessons, and occasionally performance.  They are in charge of how things run in the preschool-- from daily school activities to making sure the school runs smoothly.

  3. pre school managers have alot of responsibility..... most of it is paper work planning, implementing and assessing using the foundation stage curriculum.

    you need to be able to manage your time effectively and other staff in your pre - school. you are responsible for occupancy in your room, registers, planning, funding, invoicing, development files, prepare children for school and inform school of the development stage that each child has reached.

    You must work with external agencies such as ofsted, portage workers, pathfinding schemes and be able to work with children with SEN. all of this and do nappies, snacks, activities, handovers, prepare meetings and much more... and breathe.........!

  4. everything!!  ensure teachers are completing age appropriate lesson plans and that they are being implemented.  payroll, paying bills, ensure all state licensing requirements are met.  Deal with staff, parents, kids, corporate offices, etc.

  5. Lets not forget manage financial responsibilty!!!!

  6. Mainly admin, overseeing staff and trouble shooting
