What jobs/volunteering opportunities can a 15 year old get near Watchung/Warren, NJ or in Somerset County?

I am 15 years old and I am looking for jobs..I have already tried looking around the town but everyone says that 16/17/18 & up are the age requirements. Please tell me if you know any specific places that will hire 15 year olds.

Or, are there any volunteering options (except for daycares) that are in Somerset County, NJ/near Watchung or Warren (not the county..the town Warren)?

If there any day/sleep away camps that are still available or are good to go to for next year in NJ, please tell me.

For volunteer opportunities try Ronald Mcdonald House or the hospitals. For a job try grocery stores or the fast food places.
