What jock with cup to pick? Shock doc, under armour or what?

Jock straps are f***y floss for funny boys.  Get a decent pair of compression shorts with a cup.  Make sure they fit extra tight and you're in business to protect the family jewels dude.

Well I have the Shock Doctor with compression shorts and they are great. just to warn you, get a size bigger than is on the box, I got the size it said and the shorts ended up ripping in a grappling match because they were so tight.

but other than that it's a great cup, I can't even tell it's there when I am at practice
