What keeps the stomach from falling?

I have .heard there is a force which keeps the internal organs from moving about.Please help

Not really. They are not loosely arranged, but they are attached to connective tissue. Also, they are packed quite tightly together, so there is little room for them to move.

The human body has muscles that  extend and contract.These muscles keep body organs intact.The only thing that can happen to yr stomach is that it grows big abdominal muscles also knows as abs stretch to accommodate  the stomach.
