They are most commonly seen on police cars, and I was wondering if these are just covers or are they rims? And where can you get them?

  1. Dog dish hubcaps.

  2. Metal.

    Metal is everywhere!

  3. Yeah, just small hubcaps that fit on the standard steel rim. My Chevy Van uses something similar. Depending on what car you want them for, probably try the local junkyard. There are different style rims though, that may require different sizes/styles. The ones in the picture fit inside the center, whereas the ones on my van and most others fit on the outside of some knubs built into the wheel. Ask if you can try them on your car first, before you buy them. Some rims may not even have provisions to use that style.

  4. I believe that you would be happy with a hub cap called a "baby moon"

  5. Steel rim with a small center cap hiding the lug nuts.
