  1. u need to release it whateva keeping wild caught snakes is cruel immoral and environmentally reprehensible when a wild animal i removed from its natural environment and put in a confined space it causes massive amounts of stress. this affects herps (reptiles and amphibians) very badly worse than most other orders many die simply from the stress of being in captivity it also weakens there immune system meaning more die from disease. those that survive suffer from stress related behavior disorders, stress related illness and have a shortened life span. there quality of life is pretty bad too

  2. one does not name wild-caught snakes.  it doesn't matter if it is poisonous or not, just let it go.  I love snakes, too.

  3. It is set at private and no one can see it. E-mail me a picture and I'll gladly tell you what it is.

  4. please let it go! you can pick up a captive bred snake anywhere and you would both be much happier!

  5. Well I can't see the picture because your myspace profile is set to private.

But you shouldn't name or try to take care of a wild snake because of many reasons, one is that they could or might carry a disease. Even though he is probably not venomous it is still not a good idea. Also it could cause stress on the snake if you tried to take care of it or pick it up because it isn't use to the handling. Just let the snake be. Leave it in your garden and just don't try to pick him up again or try to house him in a container or tank. And don't try to feed it anything.

A wild snake is ment to be in the wild. A captive bred and born snake is ment to be a beloved pet.
