What kind/how many sodas should I buy for a 25 guest baby shower?

I have iced tea and lemonade to make as well as water. I was thinking 2 liters because they were more cost effective, but you can recycle cans.

I would say three types of soda and a case of water.

If you choose two liters, over 12 packs, it may be less waste at the end of the day.  Most people will pour only what they'll drink.

Two Liter:2 reg Coke or Pepsi

                 1Diet Soda

                 2 Flavored sodas

Cans: 1 Case Coke or Pepsi

            1 Case Diet

            1 Case Flavored

I'd go with tea and some kind of punch with fruit coctail inside.But for sodas I'd say Dr.Pepper and Sprite

I would get 36 bottles of water (1.5 bottles per guest), a pot of coffee, and five 2-liters of soda (1 bottle per 5 guests).  Get a wide range of flavors to suit everyone.

Im sorry but I have to say that is a stupid question. Why are you asking that? There is no specific answer but I would say buy too much so you do not run out and look like and idiot! Oh and buy what you think everyone will like. try alcohol.

I would say 2-3 sodas a person, make sure you have bottle water.  And then you can make some lemonade - not everyone drinks sodas

Get some orange sherbert ice cream and some 2 liter bottles of 7-up and make a baby shower punch.  I would at least stick to clear sodas, don't forget that some people cannot have soda so make sure you have water to offer as well.

I should think that 4 liters would be just fine, considering you'll have iced tea, lemonade & water too.  I'd get 1 each of reg/diet cola and reg/diet 7-Up/Sprite.  That should cover everyone's taste & diet concerns:)

It is usually easier to buy two liter sodas.  I think five or six 2 liter bottles would be fine for 25 guests.  I would get coke/pepsi, sprite (you should have at least one kind of caffeine free), and maybe one other kind to have a better variety.  Have a great time!

How about making a really nice punch---use ingredients such as cranberry juice/sprite & gingerale......then top it w/ a rainbow sherbert! DELISH & will go a loooong way!

I think you should buy colo as everyone likes cola and then maybe some fanta as well for people who want it and also a soft drink like Oasis for people who dont like fizzy drinks. Make sure there is enough for everyone to have about 3/4 drinks.
