dim sim is a Chinese inspired dumpling..............basically meat wrap around in rice dough and either deep fried or boiled...is taste good....and is typically shape like a ball...well is round but flat... about 2 inch thick.......  go for some u will like it deep in some sweet and sour sauce they r delicious!!!!
