What kind of 'physical' voice recorder do you recommend to ??

One that would have sufficient quality, but so that the file size would be minimal. For example... 1 min of recording would be around 200kb.

I have no previous experience nor information on real voice recorders (if you haven't yet understood, I am not talking of a software as itself, but a plastic/metallic recorder that might need a special software to play files) I heard Nelson Voice recorder is one good example. Any advice ?? Anything I should look for ??
