If you have one that gives you good analog TV reception, then that's probably the one you need!

To give a better answer would require knowledge of your location, construction of building, and your experience with analog TV reception.

In North America, analog and digital broadcasts use the same frequencies. The idea that there are special "HD" or "Digital" TV antennas is just marketing hype.

Besides an antenna, you need the following things to watch over the air programs in "HD" quality.

First, your local digital station has to be transmitting their signal in "HD". It's up to the station whether the transmit their signal in "HD" or in standard definition (SD).

Second you need a HDTV or a HD monitor connected to an external  ATSC HD tuner with appropriate cables.

If you don't have a HDTV or HD monitor, then you  can't see anything in "HD" quality.

If you have an analog only set, you can attach a converter box between the antenna and TV and watch HD programing, but the converter box throws away the extra "HD" details in the picture and sends a SD quality signal to your TV.
