What kind of Company do i need??

Hey! I'm looking to start up a mexican restaurant but i want to make the inside look like a market bazaar and have a temple and fountain etc and make it feel like the customer is in mexico but iI'm not sure who i need to do it all? What kind of building firm is it? a regular builders or something a bit more specialised??

Start with a designer they should be able to draw it up then find a builder who can do the building part.

Go for an architecture or interior design firm (a lot of firms are combinations of the two which is helpful).  Look for those who specialize in hospitality.  The experience is worth the extra bit it will cost.  Nothing is worse than working with people who don't have a lot of experience in the field you are trying to design.
