What kind of Disney Channel experiences have you had?

I am interested in auditioning with Disney for some roles and I was just curious as to know if anyone had any experience wit them and what happened.

Please no rude comments I am not some actress wannabee I have been in coir, dance and theater all my life and this is something hat I take seriously.
