What kind of Field Hockey stick is the best for the cheapest price?

I'm a Freshman and want to get into Field Hockey and i don't know where to begin. HELP!

I have a slazenger stick in urban blue which is really good for me, I got it at sports world for £5. Good luck mate!

i would have to say if you are realy interested in playing then just spend the money and get a good composite stick. i have a few friends that got cheap wooden ones and now they are on their 3rd stick in 2 years. so if you are in it 4 the long hall it might be cheaper to get a composite stick cause they last longer. i recommend either stx or crannbarry 4 beginners
