What kind of Fork can I get?

I have a 2007 Diamondback Coil EX. Does anybody know if I can put a downhill fork on it.

This bike was designed for a fairly short travel fork.  If you put a long travel, downhill fork on it, you will effectivly slacken the geometry.  This will significantly change the handling and ride of the bike.  Being built for a short travel fork, with a long travel fork on, you'll have to really change your seat position to be comfortable.  Finally, that long travel fork is like a big lever acting on the frame.  While the bike may hold together for a time, I would be concerned about cracking the head tube off the bike.

If I were you, I'd pass on this idea.
