  1. you would have to get a license in aviation. you would go to an aviation school. then you would fly solo on a Mooney a small type plane then you go up with your experience to bigger planes

According to the TSA website, anyone flying within the US over the age of 18 needs an ID like a passport, drivers license, or another government issued ID.  I cannot find any information on under 18.  When flying with my nephews, my sister brings their birth certificates.   I would bring your school ID, but it is not a valid form of identification.  You can always get a government issued identification card from your local Department of Motor Vehicles.

  4. Fly where? Out of country requires a passport.

    You can get a non drive ID from your local DMV.
