  1. If i were you i'd do wrestling but if your looking for a martial arts to get into and you hate to run karate would be our best bet.

  3. Shotokan would be good, or kung fu.  Any style that you like personally.

  4. Japanese Jiu-jitsu.

    Best wishes :)***

  5. From the info you've given, it seems you have more power than stamina. And although stamina can be trained, you'll always be more powerful than be able to endure in a long grueling fight.

So, martial arts you can do include some strong and hard arts like boxing, kick boxing, krav maga and other short and fast arts. Because of your size, weight and lack of stamina, its unlikely you can pull off beautiful moves like the kicks in taekwondo and wushu. However, you can give karate a try, as it's pretty hard and fast itself.

Avoid arts where you have to use much of your legs, as you need both your legs to keep you stable, so either work with your hands, or choose a martial art that allows you to work on the ground (jiujitsu; a hold and choke type of submission martial art).
