What kind of Spider is this (India)??

I live in Delhi (North India) and today in my house I found this spider (in the pics below). It's a black spider with 2 yellow spots. It’s not a fuzzy spider – but quite shiny. Does anyone know what kind of spider it is? or if it's venomous or poisonous?

Its not clear enough to identify, but with 6 legs it an insect.
