Do most Israelis use Microsoft Word in Israel? Is Dagesh better? And

Also, can you buy an extension for the American Word and just add on Hebrew formatting?

yup, Israelis use Word and install Hebrew in it. the writing will be from right to left but it adjusts. In newer computers you don't need to download anything. In most new computers all you have to do is go to control panel, languages and chose Hebrew from the list.
