What kind of a counter top do I look for to be inviro-frendly?

concrete.............as odd as that may sound.......or even recycled glass which looks really nice actually

Most big cities (and some smaller cities)  are now selling and installing recycled glass counters.  They remind me of the granite counter tops and they come in different colours.  They are very nice looking and they save many glass bottles from going into the landfill.
