Looks like a 36d double barrel bush master.

It also looks like it has a 10 inch barrel which would make it a  short barrelled rifle and require the tax stamp to be legal if it's real.

It looks like a 16 inch barrel.

The barrel is the same length as from the top of her right hand to about mid shoulder.

and FYI its not a gun, its a rifle, a gun is what shoots 100 pound rounds off of a battleship

It looks like an ar15 variant. I don't know what kind of variant with that short barrel, or is the handguard creating the illusion of a short barrel?
