Question:

What kind of a job can a person with a Interdisciplinary degree get??

I have gone back to college after a very long time. I am considered a Jr and have taken all the pitty pat classes such as (Math, Bio,History, Health).May gpa was a 3.0 last semester yet overall its a 2.5. So at this point they wont let me into the program that i would like to be in ( have to get a 2.8)what they are suggesting is that i go into interdisciplinary studies?? What in the world kind of jobs can they get when they are done?? I don't want to waste my time on a degree that means nothing.or more than that i cant get a good job. Can anyone help?

  1. I have an Interdisciplinary degree.  I used it to go on to grad school.  You can specialize at the masters degree level and make more money than those people with just a bachelors.

    Or you can teach high school.  Most states don't require an education degree to teach at the high school level, just a bachelors in any field and a certain number of classes in the subject your teaching.
