  1. It sounds Eastern Europe perhaps Polish.


  2. Katja is a common female German name these days and "Dieckow" is definatly Polish. There are a lot of Polish-Germans these days so that is why there is Lukas Podolski on the German Football team.

  4. Haha, that's an interesting point you made.  But really, she's German, so there's no way that her parents intentionally did that.  There are plenty of other foreign (and English) words that sound funny in other languages.
