What kind of a tree is this??

i don't know for sure but i can narrow it down to two different kinds, both grow in your area.  either an ASH or a HICKORY.  they both grow to 80 feet.  both, nice trees!

It could well be a buddleia.

My guess with out seeing the tree and other detail, would be white ash
