I believe she's attempting to do an Australian accent, but it's not quite right and a bit over the top. (Or maybe I just don't know enough Australian dialects...)

She does sound Australian but her accent sounds like its from tv in the 1950s. I think she might be exaggerating it a bit. If she's not Aussie, it's definitely Kiwi.
