  1. I agree with the previous comment from sarah, but I'd also like to emphasize on the fact that bubbles are ALWAYS a hit. It never fails. Balls (as long as they are soft) are cool too.

    If you are animated with storytelling, I would suggest that as well, as long as it is a short story with plenty of colorful pictures. If you don't want to use an actual book, singing songs (itsy bitsy spider, 5 little monkeys, or make up your own) is a great way to interact with them. Just be sure to incorporate hand motions (and perhaps other body parts too).

  2. You need to narrow your question down a bit. It's very vague. Please give more specifics and I will happy to try and help you! :)

  3. huh? More information please!! :-)

  4. huh? this question doenst make sense.

  5. If you are in a nursery room and are looking for activities, then you need to find manipulation and sensory activities.

    Things such as: soft and hard objects ( soft, squishy blocks and hard blocks that can be handled by the infants easily.)  Rings (wood, plastic)  Insert containers( LARGE wooden clothes clips and a large empty water container that they can insert and shake out, this also serves as sensorial with the sound).  Shakers filled with rice, beans, salt.  Simple mobiles that babies can grasp and reach for.  Mirrors on the wall at floor height, babies love to look at themselves.  Simple climbing structure, soft and low to the ground. Babies are all about the exploring (and we all know with their mouth!)  Just make sure the have lots of room to get those large motor developments going.  Reading books and singing songs help develop language skills even if the cannot respond and join in using words.

    I hope this is what you were looking for.

  6. you mean like a baby nursery?

    then, all you really can do w/ them is sing to them

    feed them

    sometimes bounce them on your lap, (not after feeding.)

    burp them of course

    play peek-a-boo

    take them on a very short stroll around the hospital

    let their parent visit mayb

    and....idk what else...

    for a child care nursery, that's totally different -

    DONT FEED THEM SUGAR!!!
