  1. Being an Irish Citizen means you’re an EU Citizen, you have the freedom of movement between all EU member countries and can stay as long as you want unrestricted, you are entitled to work and education the same as any EU citizen and also to benefits and health.

Good luck which ever country you choose to live in out of the EU, if you’re looking for an English Speaking Degree I recommend you come to Ireland, there are great universities here, also the UK.

Some other EU countries, such as Sweden and Denmark also offer degree’s with instruction in English.

For more information on your rights as an EU Citizen you can visit the official EU website, you will find information about Work, Movement, Education and plenty of other info.

    Here is the site: http://europa.eu/

Good luck, and welcome to Europe.

  2. if you are an irish citizen you are entitled to an irish passport and if you have an irish passport you are entitled to travel freely around the 27 EU countries. go to www.justice.ie for more info on immigration and getting a passport.
