It's an agency which sends scam emails to people telling them they have either won a lottery or some great Nigerian war criminal has gone missing in action, presumed dead, and can the bank transfer his billions into your account.

Or It could be old mrs Marple who is dying from cancer, who's condition has just got worse who doesn't trust her family to spend her billions on cats homes, so when she dies could she trust you, a complete stranger to do this for her?
