What kind of alarm?

Question

What kind of alarm is good for someone with audio equipment including subs in the back and other pricey items such as navigation and stereo in their car? I don't want to pay too much for an alarm because it's not a new car or a car that is worth a whole lot of money and the stuff isn't 'that' expensive, but still, I will pay a decent amount for a good alarm. I don't know what a 'decent' amount is, so plz don't ask me how much I want to spend on an alarm. Thanks.

DEI ...makes alot of good alarms from entry level to what ever level you wish to go

One word of advise the alarm is only as good as the Install....too many times i have seen cars and stereos ripped off due to both self and pro installations done quickly and incorrectly

Talk to your insurance man. Tell him you want 100% replacement on the car and contents. LOJAK

Lojack is the best thing, since most car alarms are garbage and people ignore them.

Armed Guard!!!!!!!!!  

If someone wants it bad enough even the guards not enough.  

Seriously now just buy an alarm from a reputable manufacturer and spend twice as much on an excellent installation.
