  1. Atlantic City, NJ casino's offer all kinds of liquor drinks for free.  But if you don't tip the waiteress-they might not come back to you. You should always tip at least a buck-come on it's free.

  2. Its not about tipping. The reason that they give you free drinks is to keep you on the pokies or plaing the games. Ever wondered why they are always dark? Dont have a clock? Thats also to make you un aware of what time of day it is to make you keep playing and making them more money.

  3. You can ask for, and get, just about any type of alcoholic (or non-alcoholic) drink that you would at a well-stocked bar. Tipping isn't necessary, but it's a nice thing to do.

  4. In Vegas you can get brand name liquor for free, even if you are playing a penny slot machine.  Jack and coke, Caaptain cokes, whatever.  The drink cart tends to stay in the higher price slot machine isles though.  Have fun.

  5. It depends on how much you're betting.  If you're at the 5 or 10 or even 25 dollar tables, you probably won't get much more than a well drink.  But once you step up in catergories, depending on the casino of course, you're more likely to get what you ask for, especially if you're losing.

An friend of mine goes to Vegas so much and bets so much that he has his flight and room paid for every time, sits in those private rooms smoking cigars and drinking fine scotch.

But he spends thousands while he's there, so, you see the difference between playing the nickle slots and dropping serious cash is reflected in your treatment

  6. It depends on the casino.  There are thousands of casinos all over the world and all are different.  Here in the US, it varies from one place to another.

A good Vegas casino will be happy to give you free drinks of any kind.  You don't have to tip, but if you don't you'll probably find that the waitresses 'mysteriously' disappear and you won't get any more free drinks.

But as they say, there's no such thing as a free lunch.  They don't just give you free drinks just because you are in the casino.  You have to be actually playing a game, and therefore giving the casino a chance to win your money.
