What kind of amplifier should i get for 2 12" kicker cvr with dual 2 ohm voice coils? they are 400 watts rms

I'm lookin for some serious bass, like set off car alarms down the street kinda bass, the cvr subs are 400 watts rms and 800 watts max, i know a little bit about car audio, enough to get me by, but not enough obviously cuz i have had 3 systems so far, and they are just not doin the job, i want loud bass!!!!

Kicker ZX750.1 is a good match.  Also a really good match would be an Alpine MRP-M850.  

As already answered, look for a good class D monoblock amp that's CEA-2006 compliant and offers up around 800W RMS at 2 ohm.
